Oakmind International Olympiad (OIO) examination is conducted annually for school students from standard 1 to standard 12 (or class 1 to class 12, normally called as K12). The OIO examination from standard 1 to 5 is called OIO Primary (OIO-P), from standard 6 to standard 10 is called OIO Secondary (OIO-S) and from standard 11 to 12 is called OIO Higher-Secondary (OIO-H). Further, OIO from standard 1 to standard 10 is single and a general examination. For standards 11 and 12, OIO is conducted as a single examination, each separately in 4 groups of subjects. The groups of subjects are Arts, Biology, Commerce and Mathematics. Each of the groups consists of 5 subjects.

OIO Primary – Standard 1 TO 5

OIO Primary (OIO-P) is conducted for standard 1 to 5, as a single examination for each standard separately. OIO-P has a total of 40 multiple-choice questions, 10 each from Mathematics, Environmental Science, Aptitude & Reasoning and English. Examination duration is 1 hour (60 minutes) with maximum marks of 160.

OIO Secondary – Standard 6 TO 10

OIO Secondary (OIO-S) is conducted for standard 6 to 10, as a single examination for each standard separately. OIO-S has a total of 75 multiple-choice questions, 15 each from Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Aptitude & Reasoning and English. Examination duration is 1½ hour (90 minutes) with maximum marks of 300.

OIO Higher Secondary – Standard 11 TO 12

OIO Higher-Secondary (OIO-H) is conducted as a single examination for 4 groups in each of standards 11 and 12 separately. OIO-H has an examination duration of 3 hours (180 minutes). The Groups are named as Arts(A), Biology (B), Commerce(C) and Mathematics(M). The OIO-H has a total of 150 multiple-choice questions, 30 questions taken from each of the subjects of a group with maximum marks of 600.

1. OIO-H for Arts Group has 150 multiple choice questions, 30 each from Geography, History, Economics, Aptitude & Reasoning and English.
2. OIO-H for Biology Group has 150 multiple choice questions, 30 each from Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude & Reasoning and English.
3. OIO-H for Commerce Group has 150 multiple choice questions, 30 each from Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Aptitude & Reasoning and English.
4. OIO-H for Mathematics Group has 150 multiple choice questions, 30 each from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude & Reasoning and English.

OIO examination has the questions with 4 multiple choices to choose the most appropriate answer from. It has negative marking. The candidate shall score +4 mark for each of the correctly marked answers, -1 mark for each of the wrongly marked answers and 0 mark for un-attempted or unanswered questions. The final marks are calculated as total scored marks arrived by subtracting a total of negative marks from a total of positive marks. All the candidates of a particular standard are listed in a descending order of marks obtained. The list is used to compute percentile. OIO results are presented in percentile which is calculated by using a formula similar to one suggested by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Percentile of Candidate A = [(Number of candidates with score equal to or less than the Candidate A) ÷ (Total Number of candidates for particular standard or stream)] x 100

OIO shall announce an Oakmind International Olympiad Rank (OIOR) in respect of each candidate appeared in examination of a particular standard. The rank signifies candidate's level of understanding of academic curricula and subject matters of that standard.

The OIO examination score card includes the merit called as Oakmind International Olympiad Rank (OIOR) and percentile along with number of students appeared for a particular standard.

If a candidate wishes to know personalized result with complete and detailed assessment of answers provided by candidate during examination, then candidate can apply for the same at a payment of ₹ 100. The payment for personalized performance report is non-refundable under all conditions. On receipt of such request and said payment, the candidate shall receive the same within 7 days. This will include a personalized report on candidate’s examination performance such as areas or topics or concepts where candidate is strong or medium or need to further enhance skill sets and aptitude. The personalized results will also include a report on students' preparation level and understanding capability developed through quizzes and online practice sessions availed on www.oakmindedu.com and a corelation between final OIO rank and earlier preparation level.

OIO examination is conducted from class / standard 1 to 12. OIO has three categories. OIO-Primary is from standard 1 to 5, OIO-Secondary is from standard 6 to 10 and OIO-Higher Secondary is for standard 11 and 12. It is a single examination from standard 1 to standard 10 and is conducted in 4 groups of different subjects for standard 11 to 12. These groups are Arts (11A and 12A), Biology (11B and 12B), Commerce (11C and 12C) and Mathematics (11M and 12M). In an OIO examination of any standard, there will be equal number of multiple-choice questions from each subject and therefore there shall be equal weightage for all subjects. The syllabus for each standard or group of standards is given here. Syllabi are mainly based on NCERT / CBSE Board but topics from other Boards are also included.

OIO Felicitation Function

The Oakmind Edutech Private Limited conducts an annual event to felicitate OIO winners during summer vacations. The top three candidates, winners and runners-up, of each standard or groups of standards are invited to the event along with parents. The candidates are presented medals, awards, prizes and scholarship cards etc. The exact dates and venues are announced after declaration of results of OIO. The winner candidates can attend the event in person with parents or siblings or through online virtual mode from their respective locations without travelling to the venue of the event. Depending upon willingness of participants, the venue and date of the event is announced in due course of time. The same is conveyed to the participants and also made available to the login ID of the candidates. The travelling, lodging and boarding expenses are to be borne by the participants.

OIO Excursion Tour

The Oakmind Edutech Private Limited facilitates an excursion tour for top three OIO medal winners of standard 10 to 12 to any academic institute of eminence in India or abroad for the feel of academic ambience. This also provides an opportunity to candidates to explore and plan their higher educational requirements, such as but not limited to availability of programs, educational quality, infrastructure and facility, repute of institute, past achievements of the institute, interaction with faculty and research teams at visiting institute. The tour is arranged free of cost for the candidates but the travelling, lodging and boarding expenses are to be borne by the participants. The tour is normally conducted during summer or winter vacations depending upon climatic conditions of the touring place. The exact dates and venues are announced after declaration of results of OIO depending upon number of willing of the OIO winners.

The OIO Examination is conducted in the month of February every year. The exact dates of OIO examination are announced by 31st January every year. Only candidates registered for forthcoming Oakmind International Olympiad (OIO) examination of a particular standard can view or download the sample question paper. The candidate, therefore, is, advised to login on the website or on the links given below and complete the registration process for OIO examination. On clicking following link the user will be prompted to login or signup page and then further it will ask to register for the forthcoming OIO examination. If a candidate is registered for OIO, then the access to the sample question paper becomes available in cart as “OIO - Sample Question Paper”. If a candidate is registered through school, then the school will have access to the sample question paper and it will in turn provide the sample question paper to the registered candidates.

OIO Old Examination Question Papers

Similar to sample question papers, only candidates registered for forthcoming OIO examination of a particular standard can view or download the old OIO examination question papers. Once the candidates have logged in and registered for the forthcoming OIO examination, the cart will show up OIO-Question Paper with Year of Examination depending upon how many years question papers are available. The candidate shall have access to the maximum of last 5-year question papers of OIO examinations. If a candidate registers through school, then the school will have access to the previous years’ question paper and it will provide the same to the candidate.

All candidates who have appeared for OIO examination for a particular standard or stream are awarded percentile marks. The candidates are arranged in a descending order of percentile marks to award an Oakmind International Olympiad Rank (OIOR). The top three candidates of OIOR rank holder are announced as winners. The winners are awarded certificates, medals and cash awards. In case of tie of winners amongst more than one candidate, the priority will be in order of (i) higher positive marks (ii) higher marks in Mathematics, Biology and Economics wherever the course is applicable (iii) higher marks in Reasoning & Aptitude (iv) higher marks in English (v) shared prize, if tie still persists.

1. When OIO Examination is conducted?
   Normally the OIO Examination is conducted in the month of February in each calendar year. Exact date and time-table are issued by 31st January of the same year and an individual candidate login page shall have an announcement for the same.


2. Is OIO Examination conducted in each subject separately?
   No. An OIO examination is not conducted separately in each subject, but as a single examination for particular class or standard for a group of subjects having equal weightage. Details of subjects and syllabi are provided separately on the website.


3. What is weightage of each subject in an OIO examination?
   There are equal number of questions from each subject and therefore there is an equal weightage for each of the subjects in an OIO examination.


4. What is difficulty level of OIO examination?
   The OIO is very standard examination with difficulty level similar to entrance examinations in engineering and medical programs in top institutes in India and other such examinations for talent search and scholarship by Government. OIO can be indicative of a candidate’s preparation level for engineering and medical entrance examinations.


5. What are prizes or awards for top rank holder candidates of OIO?
   The first winner candidate is presented with gold medal. The second candidate is first runner-up and is presented with silver medal. Similarly, the third meritorious candidate is second runner-up and is presented with bronze medal. All winners are presented with certificate of merit.


6. Is there any cash award for winners?
   Yes. The winners are awarded a monthly scholarship of ₹ 300, 200 and 100 for first, second and third position respectively for the following 6 months starting from July to December of the year for which winners are announced. The scholarship may be paid on monthly basis or in lumpsum towards end of the scholarship period. Additionally, the winner will also be eligible for one time refund of registration fee for the immediate next year Oakmind International Olympiad Examination, if candidate appears for the examination. The quantum of cash awards may change without prior notice depending upon number of registrations for a particular standard or stream.


7. What is excursion tour for the winners?
   All winners from standard 10 to 12, top 3 candidates, of each standard or group of standards are eligible for an excursion tour to significant academic establishment in India or abroad. Tour visit to the academic establishment will be arranged free of cost, but all expenses for travelling, lodging and boarding shall be born by candidates. The candidates are required to travel for tour with one or both parents.


8. What is marking and evaluation scheme of OIO?
   Candidate are awarded percentile of marks and hence it is relative marking. There is neither cut off marks and nor pass or fail categories. Based on the percentile marks, a descending order list is prepared. The list is referred as Oakmind International Olympiad Rank (OIOR). Each candidate is presented with score card having percentile of marks obtained and OIOR mentioned thereon.


9. Is there any negative marking in OIO examination?
   Yes. There is a negative marking in OIO examination. This is introduced for students to get accustomed to entrance examinations which normally have negative marking. OIO examination has the questions with 4 multiple choices to choose the most appropriate answer from. The candidate shall score +4 mark for each of the correctly marked answers, -1 mark for each of the wrongly marked answers and 0 mark for un-attempted or unanswered questions. The final total marks are calculated by subtracting a total of negative marks from a total of positive marks scored by the candidate.


10. What is fee for the OIO examination?
    All candidates are required to a pay a fee of ₹ 200 for registration for OIO examination. The fee is non-refundable for whatsoever reason after registration is completed. Applicable taxes may be in addition to the mentioned fee.


11. What are main features of OIO examination?
    The OIO examination is conducted as a single exam for each class or standard for a group of subjects. OIO provides percentile score and Oakmind International Olympiad Rank (OIOR) to each of the candidates appeared for it. OIO also has an option for students to get personalized comprehensive result analysis of exam at a nominal fee of ₹ 100.


12. What is eligibility to appear in OIO examination?
    Any bonafide student registered in an approved school for any of the standards 1 to 12 under any of state, central or international boards such as but limited to CBSE, ICSE, IB or state government boards. The student is required to provide bonafide certificate from school of current study at the time of registration.


13. What is mode of OIO examination? Whether it is conducted online or offline?
    OIO examination is normally conducted in online mode at school centre for standard 1 to 12. The OIO examination may also be conducted in offline mode if situation demands for reasons beyond control, such as internet connectivity not available or computing facility not available etc.


14. What are other benefits for OIO examination?
    The OIO examination can be very useful to assess candidate’s preparation level for entrance, scholarship and competitive exams. Its comprehensive personalized result analysis gives a complete information to the candidate that what are weak areas or topics or what are strong areas, where a candidate can focus more and so on.


15. Are there any sample question paper for OIO examination?
    Yes. Sample questions are available on website for only registered candidates. Also, there are options available to the candidate after registration for the OIO examination for practice tests and quizzes etc. The candidates can access the above through their login ID.


16. What is syllabus of OIO examination?
    The OIO examination syllabus can be found on website. The syllabus is given for each subject and standard separately. Although it is based mainly on the syllabus of the CBSE board, but also most of the boards such as ICSE, IB or State Boards syllabus patterns are included and considered.


17. How long it takes to declare results of the OIO examination?
    Normally, within 60 days from the date of the examination, the results are declared and candidates can check their results on the website or in the respective login ID of the candidates.


18. What if any answer is wrongly marked? In other words, how can a candidate verify the correct answers of questions asked in OIO examination?
    Along with declaration of result, answer key is made available on the website for the verification of the answers by candidates. Candidates can bring to the notice of OIO Committee for the discrepancy in the questions or answers, if any, within 7 days. It will be addressed with suitable resolution or remedy; whatever committee decides is the final and binding on the candidates.


19. Does Oakmind provide any coaching for OIO examination?
    No. Oakmind as such neither provide any coaching for Olympiad examination separately nor any notes and written contents. It is a very standard and high-quality examination aimed to assess the preparation level of candidates in line with medical or engineering entrance examination or talent search or national scholarship examination. It however provides various quizzes and practice tests before main examination. The winners are presented with medals, awards, cash prizes, merit certificates and excursion tours to academic institutes of eminence in India or abroad.


20. How can a candidate register for OIO examination? Can an individual candidate register for the OIO examination?
    Candidate can normally register for OIO examination through a school, preferably where student currently studies, if the school is centre of the OIO examination.
    However, if any candidate, whose school is not currently centre for OIO examination, wants to register for OIO examination then the candidate can register through any other school which is approved centre for conduction of OIO examination.

Oakmind International Olympiad Results are declared within a 60 days from the conduction of examination. The results are also accessible from login ID of the candidate.

The online results show only Percentile and Oakmind International Olympiad Rank (OIOR) of the candidate and is available on website for only 60 days from declaration of results. A formal scorecard of OIO examination in pdf format is sent to registered email ID of the candidate within 30 days of the result declaration.

Personalized Performance Report

Registration for the Oakmind International Olympiad (OIO) examination becomes available for the next year after declaration of results of the current year. The registration closes one month prior to the examination dates in a calendar year. Any eligible candidate can register for the examination by filling in the form and paying a fee of ₹ 200. At the time of registration, the candidate needs to provide one ID proof such as Aadhar Card, Bona-fide Certificate issued by school or Birth Certificate or any other valid photo ID. Normally the registration is to be done through school, however an individual candidate can also register for the examination by selecting the nearest school from the list as a centre for the examination. In that case the candidate shall provide all documents to the selected school centre coordinator after registration.

   User can register for the coaching classes on the portal with a choice of timing that suits user. Program Guideline for the Participants

1. Certification shall be awarded by EICT Academy, IIT Guwahati. Also, the curriculum design, quality of content delivery and examinations are managed and ensured by EICT, IIT Guwahati. Oakmind Edutech Private Limited shall be responsible for managing and delivery of course contents, conduction of examinations etc.
2. The entire program duration of 90 contact hours is to be completed within a maximum of 6 months. Mostly sessions shall be planned on weekends but there may be a few sessions during weekdays also.
3. The program is divided into 3 modules of 30 contact hours over a period of 2 months each. At the beginning of the program, the participants will be provided a time-table with detailed syllabus of the program.
4. Course shall be mostly delivered by program lead faculty but subjected to availability, feasibility, and number of registrations under program, there may be experts from reputed institutes or industries who will deliver partly lectures and hands-on practice sessions.
5. It is mandatory for the participants to keep at least 50% attendance for online live classes to qualify for writing program end examination.
6. There shall be online examination after completion of program with multiple choice questions and negative marking. The participants are awarded +4 marks for correct answer, -1 mark for incorrect answer and 0 mark for unattended question. It has a weightage of 75%.
7. There shall be continuous evaluation of 25% weightage in the form of assignments, project work, quizzes, interactions, attendance and discussion during live classes (classroom participation).
8. Advanced Certification shall be awarded to successful participants who have scored a minimum of overall 50 % of marks in continuous evaluation and program end examination.

Program Fee, Refund and Payment Policy

1. As per policy of the company, normally a purchase of digital service, product, content or subscription are non-refundable but a certification program which runs in modules may be considered for balance refund if discontinued midway of a module for whatsoever the reasons be.
2. The fee for the entire program is ₹ 75,000 (₹ seventy-five thousand only) payable before registration (at the beginning of the program). Applicable taxes are in addition to the fee mentioned above. The program is divided into 3 equal modules, each 30 contact hours over a period of 2 months. If a participant discontinues program for whatsoever reasons, the refund of fee shall be governed as per following guidelines
   2.1 &nbsp If a participant exits during first module at any time, a 50% of fee is refunded, after deduction of applicable taxes in addition to a processing fee of ₹ 950/- from the refund amount.
   2.2 &nbsp If a participant exits during second module at any time, a 25% of fee is refunded, after deduction of applicable taxes in addition to a processing fee of ₹ 950/- from the refund amount.
   2.3 &nbsp If a participant exits during third and final module, the participant will not be entitled for any refund.
3. If participant opines or believes that during payment process certain errors occurred, the company must be contacted for the correction of the same immediately. If it is not reported to the company immediately, the company is not responsible for it.
4. The company reserves all the rights on any refund as such, in general, and the same is done on the sole discretion of it.
5. In the eventuality of company’s cancellation or discontinuation of certification program, participant may be refunded entire or partial of paid-up price subjected to the extent and stage of exit from program progress with refund criteria same as above in SL. No. 2.
6. The company has put in place all required matter of the refund policy for certification program.
7. The refund amount, if there is any, shall be credited to same account or same financial instrument which was used for the payment.
8. The participant may exercise cancellation process, in respect to the certification program, through email, login ID, phone - call or message at contact information available on website of company.
9. The company, at its own discretion and from time to time, may charge a variable cancellation fee from participant for certification program that are cancelled at pre-completion stage.
10. If participant exits certification program, the access to the course and its contents to participant is stopped at the end of the current module. No certification shall be provided if participant exits at pre-completion stage of program.
11. If company owes to participant any refund for whatsoever reason, the participant agrees to provide all the required information timely and accurately needed for completion of such payments to participant. The participant may have to incur any applicable taxes and charges on such payments under applicable laws and the company reserves all right to deduct such charges from refund payment due to participant.
12. If a participant has received any payment in error by company, the company reserves all the rights to reverse the payment or require returning the payment from participant. The company may also adjust the payment with next due payment from participant if there is any.

4. The project work shall include to design and make fully functional website on the chosen topic with mobile first and fully responsive functionality. The participant must demonstrate the functioning of the website.
5. The project work is equivalent to 15 contact hours and progress of the same shall be monitored and evaluated on the weekly basis.
6. The weightage of the project work is included in the continuous evaluation part of the marks which will count to the final score.

Program End Examination Guidelines for the Participants

1. Certification shall be awarded by EICT Academy, IIT Guwahati to the participants only if participant qualifies program end examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in continuous evaluation and program end examination. There shall be no separate fee for the examination.
2. The program end examination shall be conducted in online mode with multiple choice of questions which are to be directly answered by selecting one of four options available in an online mode. There shall be time duration fixed for the examination and therefore at the end of the examination, the marked answers automatically get submitted and examination portal closes. The participants, however, may click on submit the answers, before the time if the same are completed and participants wishes to do so.
3. The result of the examination shall be available shortly after examination is completed.

On behalf of the Oakmind Edutech Private Limited and Organizing Committee of Oakmind International Conference on Innovation in Science, Engineering and Technology (OAKMIND-IC-iSET), we will be privileged to welcome all of you to OAKMIND-IC-iSET 2024, the 1st edition of flagship conference. The proceedings are being proposed to be published by the IEEE Xplore. Due to prevailing situations, there shall be an option open to present your research work virtually as per time schedules. We however encourage you to present the paper in person to gain the experience of interactions. There will be rich technical programs consisting of technical paper sessions, workshops, tutorials, panel discussions, keynote sessions, demos and posters presentation. OAKMIND-IC-iSET 2024 will offer an excellent and engaging experience to all attendees.

The OAKMIND-IC-iSET 2024 will provide opportunities to the attendees to undertake local tours to the splendid and panoramic sites in and around the venue. The relevant committee will arrange and manage the half a day or a day’s break for local tours. Details are being provided for the sites and visits including the cost factor. We hope your visit will be a memorable tour to cherish for long.

The quality of research work to be presented at OAKMIND-IC-iSET 2024 is expected to be very high and beyond anybody’s imagination. The committees will ensure that fair and double-blind reviews are followed rigorously without any bias whatsoever is reason. The conference submission and review process will be fully automated and therefore a high standard will be maintained. The feedback will be most crucial to improve continuously, and therefore, it will be most solicited at OAKMIND-IC-iSET 2024 from all the attendees. As a noble service to the researchers' community, the authors of accepted papers are encouraged to share codes related to their research work and data for the benefit of other participants. If you have any suggestion to improve or any concern, you are always welcome to reach out to steering committee for the same.

A two-day conference duration will be challenging and difficult to manage to an optimum level all the through. A lot of hard work will be required in the background. The committee members will be working very hard for the days to bring out such an exceptional technical program. Oakmind IC iSET presents different awards to motivate and encourage participants. The awards not only motivate but also endorses the quality of the research reported in the paper apart from presentation and communication skills of participant. It provides an assessed outcome of paper to say at the least that it is simply outstanding performance of participant. Oakmind IC iSET presents following 4 types of awards to participants during each edition of the conference.

Oakmind IC iSET - The Paper Citation Award

This award is for the past conference papers and is applicable for the conferences 5 years or older. The award will be presented to the first author of the paper receiving highest number of cumulative citations over the last 5 years after publication of the paper in the proceedings. We count the citations based on the IEEE Xplore data analytics only.

The award committee shall select the paper to be awarded with Oakmind IC-iSET - The Paper Citation Award and the announcement shall be made in due course of time.

Oakmind IC iSET 2024 - The Best Paper Award

The best paper award is presented to the first author of the current paper adjudged the best by reviewers and session chairs based on the criteria set for the selection of the paper.

For 2024, the award committee shall approve the paper recommended by reviewers and session chairs. The award to be presented as an Oakmind IC-iSET-2024 - The Best Paper Award and the announcement shall be made in valedictory function of the conference.

Oakmind IC iSET 2024 - The Best Demo Paper Award

This award is presented every year to the first author of the demo paper presented and adjudged the best by session chairs based on the criteria set for the selection of the paper for the demo.

For 2024, the award committee shall approve the demo recommended by session chairs. The award to be presented as an Oakmind IC-iSET-2024 - The Best Demo Paper Award and the announcement shall be made in valedictory function of the conference.

Oakmind IC-iSET 2024 - The Best Poster Paper Award

The best poster presentation award is presented to the first author of the current poster paper adjudged the best by session chairs based on the criteria set for the selection of the paper.

For 2024, the award committee shall approve the poster award recommended by session chairs. The award to be presented as an Oakmind IC-iSET-2024 - The Best Poster Paper Award and the announcement shall be made in valedictory function of the conference.

Oakmind International Conference on Innovation in Science, Engineering and Technology (OAKMIND-IC-iSET) is a global flagship annual conference on cutting edge and frontier research in advanced areas of science, engineering and technology. The managing committee invites workshop and tutorial proposals based on the themes of the conference tracks. The workshops and Tutorials are part of Oakmind-IC-iSET every year for participants to gain first-hand information and training on selected themes and topics from experts and industrial establishments.

We invite workshop and tutorial proposals from interested parties to organize the same at conference venue on the time slots allotted by the committee.

The proposal will be evaluated by the committee for the acceptance and once the proposal is accepted, the concerned part shall be informed by email. The proposal should include the title of the workshop or tutorial, brief summary and description of the workshop or tutorial theme and complete profile of organizers. The organizers are fully responsible of the quality and conduction of the workshop or tutorial by themselves. Conference committee is only responsible for provided workshop or tutorial venue. Information related to the workshop and tutorial shall be maintained as a confidential one by conference committee. The organizers may be entitled for appropriate remuneration for conducting workshop or tutorial depending upon the number of registrations received from participants of conference.

The Oakmind International Conference on Innovation in Science, Engineering and Technology International Conference (Oakmind IC-iSET 2024) provides an opportunity to participants, researchers and practitioners from the different disciplines and fields to share their knowledge. We welcome and invite participants to present their past published or unpublished research work or currently ongoing work to the large number of audiences during the I Oakmind IC-iSET 2023 posters session. Normally, the regular conference papers are on original research, whereas the posters and demos are used to present and showcase previously published or yet-to-be-published work to the audiences. It forms base for the next research paper.

The authors of regular conference paper are also welcome to participate in poster and demo session. There will be a best poster or demo award for the author. Poster can be prepared based on any of the conference track theme and areas. Partial experimental results of currently ongoing research can be presented through posters or demos. The demos can be based on the working models or computer-based simulations or short videos or animated concepts.

The proposal must be submitted online and it must include description of the proposed poster or demo with complete profile of the author. If demo is on published paper, then it is mandatory to submit the published paper along with images or videos etc.

The list of accepted and presented Posters and Demos are included in the proceedings as a list and also available on the website for the record or proof of presentation.

Currently Oakmind IC-iSET 2024 registration is not open. It will become available in due course of the time. The authors can then register on the below given link for the IC-iSET 2024 conference.

Registration for the participants is open for local tours arranged by conference working committee. Interested participants may register on below given link for confirmation of local tour. It has limited number of available on first come first basis. Tours are arranged with the help of third party who would be responsible for the travelling and other necessary arrangements for the visits to local and nearby sites. Specific tours to the sites will be announced in due course of time with details on timing, pickup points, visiting sites and schedules.
